School Leaders Leverage Performance Contracting Partnership To Reduce Long-Term Expenses and Improve Facilities
THE OPPORTUNITY
Improve energy efficiency, reduce operation costs, modernize athletic facilities, and enhance classroom learning environments for this school district serving more than 12,000 students and staff. And do this with a self-funding program requiring no new sources of taxpayer dollars.
THE RESULTS
Leveraging a team of experts and Energy Savings Performance Contracting process, ESG developed and implemented an $8 million modernization and facility improvement program for 22 facilities that significantly reduced energy consumption while enhancing the learning and working environments.
