Georgia School System Uses a Self-Funding Energy Efficiency Program to Improve Facilities and the Learning Environment
THE OPPORTUNITY
Upgrade and improve the energy efficiency and operations of the 51 buildings serving more than 30,000 students and 2,500 teachers without affecting school operations or using existing capital budget funds…… and Guarantee Performance.
THE RESULTS
Through an in-depth analysis of Muscogee County School District’s facility and energy needs, the ESG team developed a strategy and implemented the designs for a nearly $7 million dollar effort that significantly enhances the operation and capabilities to serve the community’s education needs and included:
