Community Leaders Use Energy Performance Contract to Modernize and Improve Wastewater Plant

THE OPPORTUNITY
The City of Brazil selected Energy Systems Group to develop efficiency and modernization solutions for its wasterwater treatment plant without requiring city leaders to raise rates.

THE RESULTS
Using a performance contracting approach, ESG developed and implemented an asset modernization program for the wastewater treatment facility and collection system that reduced energy consumption, dramatically reduced maintenance requirements and improved overall reliability.
