Wastewater Treatment Plant is Modernized Using Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracting Partnership
THE OPPORTUNITY
Energy Systems Group partnered with the City of Winchester to modernize and enhance the wastewater treatment facility using a self-funding process that stretches existing budgets and requires no rate increase to implement.
THE RESULTS
Leveraging experience and an understanding of the needs of the community and leaders, the ESG team developed and implemented a solution that significantly reduced operation and maintenance expenses while improving the capability to serve the community’s wastewater treatment needs.
