Clement Hall was most recently used as a three (3) story academic building housing the School of Education.  The brick and concrete structure was built in 1960.  A recent analysis has shown that the academic area of the building can be expanded by developing the existing attic of the building into a usable space thus creating a new fourth floor.  A new handicap accessible entrance will be added to the Promenade side of the building and a new elevator will be added to the Southside of the building.
