Sizemore Group, in association with Matrix 3D, is working on the renovation of Clement Hall.  This 24,000 gsf addition and renovation will house classroom, laboratories, clinical space and offices that support the functions of the School of Education. It is one of several capital priorities identified in the master plan and it is funded primarily through Title III. 

 

The work is being executed in two phase.  The first phase, demolition, is substantially complete.  The second phase, interior renovation, is currently in the Construction Document phase of design.  The documents will be ready for bid in January.  The construction is expected to be complete by Fall 2008.
