VICE PRESIDENT OF CONTRACTS, FINANCE, AND MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION

Dan Harsh is an officer with Energy Systems Group and manages the contract, finance, and performance guarantee functions of the company. He joined Energy Systems Group in 1999 and brings extensive expertise in structured leasing and financing for commercial and municipal business partners.

Dan is a key ESG team member and his efforts in contract development, legal coordination and leadership of the measurement & verification team assisted in saving our client partners more than $200 million through energy efficiency projects and programs. Dan’s financial insights and ideas are the key factor in the development of financing options and partners to make our client’s projects a reality.

His innovative ideas have helped to secure funding for more than 50 projects since joining the ESG team. Dan has over 16 years of experience in banking, contract development, financial structuring, and capital leasing programs with business, educational, healthcare, and government facilities.
