HUMAN RESOURCE DIRECTOR

Roxanne is Energy Systems Group’s Human Resource Director. She joined Energy Systems Group’s team in April 2001 and, along with her Human Resource team, is responsible for employee relations, staffing needs, recruiting, orientation, benefit administration, compensation programs, policies & procedures, employment concerns, workers compensation, corporate communications and government reporting.

Roxanne brings over 15 years of business administration, management and team leadership to ESG. Through her efforts to bring ESG’s human resource programs to best-in-class standards, her team has significantly improved efficiencies in payroll and benefits processing as well as administration of the 401K program. Her leadership has led to the implementation of a first-class recruitment and retention programs designed to solidify ESG as the employer of choice in the Energy Services industry and provide the best people to continue delivering the best quality service to our customers. Currently, Roxanne and her team are working to provide broader and more simplified programs to the employees and families of the ESG team continuing our growth into the next decade.

Roxanne is active in the local education community as a judge in the high schools annual Business Professional of America (BPA) contest and as a guest speaker to help high schools students understand the resource needs of businesses.
