Project Background
The Independence School District selected
Energy Systems Group to improve
energy efficiency, reduce operation
costs, modernize athletic facilities, and
enhance classroom learning environments
throughout the school buildings serving
more than 12,000 students and staff.
Energy Systems Group designed and
developed innovative energy efficiency
solutions to provide the school district
with these improvements through
guaranteed energy savings, so as not to
require new capital or burden taxpayers.
Strategies & Solutions

million building modernization and
energy efficiency program for 29 school
